Your Journey is Our Passion
Australian Migration Co is a Perth-based Australian migration consultancy led by Adam (Gurkan) Kocoglu, a Turkish and English speaking Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2418576). Based in Perth, Western Australia, Australian Migration Co provides compliant, evidence-based Australian migration services to onshore and offshore clients, including individuals, families, skilled professionals, employers, and business owners seeking to live, work, study, or settle in Australia. Services are delivered in both Turkish and English to ensure clients clearly understand Australia’s migration requirements while receiving advice that fully complies with Australian migration law.
Adam (Gurkan) Kocoglu is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2418576) based in Perth, Western Australia and the Founder and Principal Migration Agent of Australian Migration Co. He is registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) and is a Member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). All migration advice and case strategies delivered through Australian Migration Co are provided directly by Adam, ensuring compliance with Australian migration legislation, Department of Home Affairs policy, and the OMARA Code of Conduct.
With over seven years of experience in the Australian migration industry, Adam brings deep practical knowledge of visa processing, case officer decision-making patterns, and evidence-based application strategies. He provides migration advice in both Turkish and English, supporting clients who are onshore in Australia and offshore internationally — including applicants based in Turkey and across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
Adam’s practice covers majority of Australian visa categories. His areas of expertise include extensive experience in Employer Sponsored Visas (Subclass 482, 494, and 186), General Skilled Migration (Subclass 189, 190, and 491), Partner Visas (Subclass 309/100, 820/801, and 300), Student Visa applications (Subclass 500) including Genuine Student Requirement assessments and course packaging strategies, Graduate Visas (Subclass 485), Visitor Visas (Subclass 600), Training Visas (Subclass 407), Australian Citizenship applications, Protection Visa applications (Subclass 866), where he assists applicants facing persecution claims with detailed evidence compilation, statutory declarations, and representation throughout the application and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) Merits Review.
Australian Migration Co was established to provide clear, ethical, and regulation-focused migration advice in an increasingly complex immigration environment. As a boutique consultancy, the practice prioritises accuracy, individual case strategy, and quality over volume. Every application is prepared with attention to legislative requirements, Ministerial Directions, and current Departmental processing trends. Adam’s bilingual capability ensures Turkish-speaking clients fully understand their visa options, obligations, and the strength of their case — without anything being lost in translation.
Based in Perth, Western Australia, Australian Migration Co is uniquely positioned to advise on migration pathways including Western Australia’s State Nomination programs (Subclass 190 and 491), WA’s State Nominated Occupation List, and regional migration incentives that make Perth and Western Australia attractive destinations for skilled migrants, international students, and families. While headquartered in Perth, Australian Migration Co provides migration services to clients Australia-wide and internationally.
