Terms and Conditions
The consultation fee is strictly non-refundable. This applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to client cancellation, repeated rescheduling, changes of mind, failure to attend the appointment, or any other reason outside the control of Australian Migration Co. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refund policy.
You will receive a written confirmation from our team within 24 hours of booking. This confirmation will verify that your appointment has been secured and that payment has been successfully processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within this timeframe, it is your responsibility to contact our office immediately to ensure your booking has been finalised.
All fees are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Australian Migration Co is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations, bank fees, or international transaction charges incurred at the time of payment.
